Working Pattern: 41 Weeks Per Year (Term Time Plus Two Weeks)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our provision.
This is much more than a reception role. You’ll be at the heart of our organisation, creating positive first impressions for students, families, professionals and visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our reception and administrative functions.

About the Role
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for everyone visiting MADPro.
You will:

Welcome students, families, visitors and professionals with warmth and professionalism.

Manage reception and visitor procedures, ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed.

Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries.

Support attendance administration.

Maintain accurate records using Arbor and CPOMS.

Coordinate meetings and appointments.

Provide administrative support across the provision.

Help create a calm, organised and welcoming environment where students can thrive.

Previous receptionist or administrative experience is essential, and experience within education would be an advantage.
